Technical Information

LMI features a technologically advanced computer-controlled facility capable of producing consistent, quality custom mixed rubber in an intermeshing rotor design mixer, variable speed and temperature controlled mills and an efficient cantilever batch-off system equipped with a stock cutter.  Current capacity is 17.5 million lbs. of rubber per year, with a future capacity planned for 35 millionlbs. per year.
