Material Handling & Control

Proper handling and control of raw materials is critical to batch consistency in mixing. Specifications and incoming quality control specify that the highest quality materials are used. Bar coding systems are used to trace the lot number and weight of each component used in every batch. All materials are weighed to tight tolerances to ensure that the proper amounts are used each time.

• Bulk material testing equipment:
• Titration unit (iodine absorption)

Bulk Oil System
• Five 750 gallon bulk tank system for oils and plasticizers
