LMI Control System

No mixing operation is complete without proper systems for controlling production every step of the way. LMI features a fully-integrated computer control system for recipe management, machine control, planning and scheduling. Inventory is managed by both automatic and manual bar coding of all materials used. A modern Allen-Bradley PLC system integrates the computers with the machinery, which functions on a modern plant wide network. All compounds are tested for conformity using a variety of rheological and physical test devices. LMI’s production control software is also integrated with LMI’s business ERP software for smooth transactions and record keeping. LMI is certified to ISO 9001:2008 With Design.
